At Chic Beauty, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. We strive to make our cancellation process as easy and straightforward as possible.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or through our website's contact form. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it by refusing the delivery at the time of arrival or by returning it to us once you receive it. Once we receive the returned order, we will issue a refund minus any shipping charges.
Please note that we cannot cancel or accept returns for products that have been opened or used. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unopened, and unused condition.
